RESULTS: To the osseointegrated implant-supported fixed prosthesis, the stresses of implant-bone interface and denture base in protrusive balanced occlusion were lower than those in protrusive unbalanced occlusion, but no distinct different between balanced and unbalanced lateral occlusions. 结果:种植全口固定义齿侧方咬合平衡与否,其骨界面和基托应力变化不大,但前伸咬合平衡者较不平衡者骨界面和基托应力显著降低;
Objective To investigate the strain distribution along the middle line on base plate of maxillary complete denture under balanced and unbalanced occlusion. 目的观察上颌总义齿基托中线区在咬合平衡及非平衡时的应变变化规律。
Results: The strain of the initial stages was larger than that of later stages in the balanced occlusion and non balanced occlusion ( P < 0.01). 结果:无论平衡与非平衡,咀嚼的前期阶段的应变均大于后期阶段(P<0.01)。
